From the moment I walked into the office. I felt all will be fine. Ron in the office was extremely helpful. I knew I was in good hands . I was informed at all times of the timing of the repairs. And surprise, it was finished two days early ! And the car looks brand new !! Great Company. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a car repair place , and for me if I ever needed one (but I hope I do not !). Thank you Crash Champions ! .

I have never in 30years had so many demanding phone calls about when coming estimated time was 9/4/26 Wednesday received a call around 4pm I work daywork which emails and texts stating that the accord is ready I told Andrew I would be Thursday 9/3/26 4:30pm 1pm this another call stating that we have rap this deal up 😮 I paid my deductible that morning 4:31pm same day another call.I arrived around 4:35pm I emailed Allstate told them I will used this shop again the rental was in my name the accord is also it had nothing to due with them. The manager stated he didn’t want Allstate to charge another day 🤣. He finally stated that they live in NJ and because traffic they need to get going. Shop closes @ 5pm. I’m the customer I thought. The works looks good though.

My preferred, go to and trusted auto body facility. I really appreciate the top their service I receive each time I had to bring my cars in for service . Ron is very informative, respectful and helpful. Throughout my current service he kept me updated and when my car was ready for pick up he accommodated me after I got off work while it was pouring down raining . The facility itself is very clean inside and out .
