Good quality, but due to a miscalibration, they missed the radar (unable to cruise control because of it). Had to take it in to have that fixed.

Kim, Jeff and Matthew were professional and informative. My original estimator Al however, was not. He was joking around and acting like everything was all hunky-dory when I was calling for updates about my car. Communication was subpar with him

The staff was quick to respond when I asked directly for help or for something. But, the communication was often a bit late. The service took a long time and I did not receive updates unless I asked for them specifically, which made it difficult to plan ahead for my own needs.
