Very grateful that I chose Steve's collision. They started the the inspection sooner then they estimated. I got my car back sooner than I thought I would. I can't even notice that it was in an accident!! It looks and feels like a brand new car. Steve's collision were very helpful with any questions that I asked. Never got a call with an updated estimate. And I was told that the tires that were new we’re gonna be placed on the front or the back the car not the left or just the right side. When they said that it had gotten done it wasn’t done upon leaving

Front desk personnel were nice and everyone was helpful. The area where there can be improvement is communication. I repeatedly had to call to get updates vs having them update me once a week as stated on their original intake sheet.
