I requested updates every couple days and I did not get one phone call with an update until the day I picked it up. I had to call. I also scheduled the repairs 3 weeks out and a week after having it I was told parts were still being waited on

McKenzie was the absolute rudest and unprofessional employee imaginable. Giving answers like a child such as "I dunno", "It's your fault your got in an accident", also mocking me during the phone call and saying "Oh nothing" when I asked her to repeat what she just said. I have had bare minimum communication regarding the status of my car, leaving me with a huge bill for the rental since my car has been in your possession for 6 weeks. I finally picked my vehicle up today after the third time going there due to damages caused by your workers. Money was stolen from my center console. Both interior doors were damaged, my tint was damaged, there was a dent put in the outer door that wasn't there prior to me dropping my car off and my trunk does not latch properly now. All of which no accountability was taken for until it was proven with pictures. I will NEVER take my vehicle to your shop again, I will warn everyone to do the same, and I'll be leaving negative reviews anywhere I can to deter others and to be aware of the terrible business you're operating. I'll also be contacting the BBB and filing a complaint. 0/10 would absolutely NEVER recommend. I am highly dissatisfied and disappointed as I've taken many vehicles to your business in the past with no issues.
