Completely unhappy with everything, from the way I was treated to the way the vehicle was returned. It was dirty and shortcuts were taken. They pretty much put a bandaid on the vehicle and send it back to the owner.

I work for a call center...thus being even 1 min late is an incident. So I arranged for planned time off in order to pick up my car before work to give myself time to drive to Sparks and then back to S Reno. But you kept changing the completion date. So had to keep asking a manager to move my paid time off request. I recommend over-exaggerating the completion date. Then if u are early it's a nice surprise and I only have to shift my plans once instead of 3 times. Otherwise...the bumper repair is beautiful.

Thank you, my only concern was dropping the vehicle off on Monday with a quarter tank of gas, then getting it back on Friday the an empty tank. Below "e". Everything else was great!

Repair work was great! Looks clean, they vaccumed our car which was great! The only thing that was a concern to me was that I dropped the car off with more than a quarter tank of gas and got it back completely empty. Below "E". Wasn't too happy about that.
