I dropped off my car a week ago and I haven’t had any updates. The only update I got was because I called the office, I was also told that my car Might be finished & available for pick up today and that the office would let me know, well nobody did. So I’m not very happy with your customer communications

They have great repairs and paint (so far), but the communication and length of repairs is ridiculous

The repair is nice, and the workers are kind. I was told that it would take 2.5 weeks to finish originally. when I called at the end of those 2.5 weeks to pick it up, I was told they had received incorrect parts for my vehicle and they were now waiting for the new ones and hadn’t begun the repair process due to it. I had never received a phone call letting me know any of this, I had to call myself. They then told me it would be another 2-2.5 weeks. They had my car for over a month. I had no loaner car due to my age and my insurance only covering a few days, not a whole month, so my life was flipped for this entire month struggling to get things done.

The workers are extremely nice, but they never called to update me about my car at all even though I had asked for weekly updates (per the paperwork I first filled out), and never called to inform me my car would take 2.5 weeks longer than they first estimated.
