The repair is great. The process was an issue. I called the service center to schedule the appointment and told him what the issue was. I took my car to the service center on February 26th. I was told I would need to take my car to the collision center. A person from the service center called the next day to tell me they would have someone call me to schedule the appointment. I didn't hear anything, so I called on March 2nd. The representative requested I send a picture of my VIN and the damage. I didn't hear anything until Friday. When I spoke to Jerry, he had no clue who I spoke to. He didn't have any idea of what was going on with the person I spoke to on Monday. I spoke to Jerry on March 6th to order the part. He said he would call me that day to let me know the part was ordered. He said they would be there in a couple days. I didn't hear anything until the 11th after I sent a follow-up email. He said someone would call me in a day or two. I didn't hear anything until March 19th to schedule an appointment. I was extremely frustrated with the scheduling and the communication. I feel like this shouldn't have taken a month.

No complaints...didn't make promises that could not be met, very open and professional when I had questions. Didn't expect but really appreciated cleaning up my interior including my floor mats. Great touch.

Headlight was replaced. We had LED bulbs and now we have a regular bulb in the new headlight. I’m not sure how that goes unnoticed by person repairing headlight. New headlight never turns off and the car says service airbag. The front bumper I am satisfied with. I’m hoping they can make it right

Very unprofessional. Dan that works in the collision center was awful to work with. He did not return my phone calls and even lied to me about a check engine light that wasn’t on until it was brought into the collision center. I will go out of my way to inform anyone who considers using this business to seek a better place to get there car fixed. Also when my suburban was in your collision center a mouse got into my car and pooped and chewed up a bunch of things in my car. The mouse wasn’t there until I got it back after it sat in your shop for two weeks.

Dan Cowan I believe is his name was my point of contact. He single handily made this experience a bad one. Bad customer service and horrible communication. If this is how he treats every customer I would be surprised if you had repeat customers

Excellent work, you got my vehicle back to brand-new condition. And a light interior detail is a nice touch, thank you! My only suggestion would be maybe some progress photos along the repair process.
