Customer service was fantastic. The way a business handles matters when something isn’t perfect is the game changer. Dan was stellar! The wrong mirror was sent and installed on my car. It was missing the blind spot detection. I mentioned it to Dan and he said the most amazing thing. “That’s on us. Must have slipped past the tech. My apologies and we will take care of it.” 15 minutes later Enterprise was there to get me a car while the correct mirror was ordered. A day later all was finished. Seriously impressed. No hemming and hawing, he just jumped into action. This was the fault of the parts place that sent the incorrect mirror, but he took it all on Stu Hansen. Most places try to deflect on matters like this these days. So nice to see customer service and professionalism behind your excellent work.

one speck in the paint. Color match was very very close but not quite perfect. But was a hard color to match (I'm a paint guy). Inside tailgate was very dirty (sanding dust?)
