The repair itself seems good but communications before the repair and during the repair process could be improved. I was given requested information when I called but it would've been nice to have more updates more often.

Your service was absolutely stellar. Your complete integration with my insurance company (State Farm) made organizing payment so simple. Your staff is great, going the extra mile even to drive me to pick up my rental car. The quality of the repair was perfect, and my a car came back much cleaner -- inside and out than when I dropped it off. It would be hard to imagine how this experience could have been any better. 10 out of 10.
