I am enormously pleased with my experience at Superior Auto. My 4Runner was started and finished in 4 days. The exterior of the vehicle was in need of some repairs. The work was done beautifully. I was in shock when I got in my car and saw how wonderful it looked! In fact I actually called the front desk at Superior before I drove away to let them know how happy I was with the job they did. I am so glad that I chose Superior once again for repairs I don’t believe any other body shop could have given me the same results. Thank you again. Renae

Paint and body look amazing. Car was cleaned inside and out. If it wasn't for the lack of communication, the mistake on the last part needed right at the end of repairs and the need to return due to running light not working correctly, I would have scored them higher.

Not very good communication regarding updates on progress. They didn't realize they needed one last part until they were putting it back together. Then didn't double check things worked properly before I picked up my car. Running light doesn't work properly. Now they have to order another one and I will have to return my car for them to install it.

Two issues First the end dollar amount was $3945.90 when the quote was for $1547.00. I know this was just an estimate, but to miss the actual cost by $2398.90 was a little scary especially if I was paying for the repair myself. The second issue was that the car could have been ready by July 18th if all went well, but it was not ready until the 24th. The main hold up was the head light. I was surprised that it was that hard to find a head light for 2020 Explorer. The end result though was that I was happy with the way the repair turned out. I would be a return customer. Thanks, Jim
