After I left the car with him, he was very communicative and sent me text updates when each step of the process was stating and stating the next step also. The timeline was spot on and the repair finished a day early from the original estimated finish date. The return of the vehicle was very smooth and he even did a bit extra to return the car as clean as possible and closest to new condition as he could. I have taken my cars to Lents Auto Body in the past, but am definitely switching over to Caliber Collision for any future repairs. I would like to mention that Samson (sp) was also very helpful and professional during the process. Thank you all."
