They were great from the beginning, I only had to hand them my keys. They took care of everything else including calling for my rental car and cleaning the inside of my car.

Classic Collision repaired parts of the vehicle that they claimed was the "primary point of impact" even though when I dropped off the vehicle, I had informed them that part was NOT involved in the current insurance claim.
