Great customer service and support. When I arrived for pick up, my visual inspection showed they had neglected to replace the broken taillight. When notified they jumped right on it and made it right within minutes. I would recommend and use again, although I hope I never have to.

Fisheyes and orange peel in the paint. Truck was supposed to be restored to how it looked before the accident. The bed liner was removed from the bed to gain access to the bed bolts and was not replaced. Now I have rusty bed bolts in my bed and will have to pay to have that fixed myself. My trucks tailgate worked before the accident. That wasn't fixed either. And someone ripped off the driver's side door sill protector getting in and out of the truck. I confronted staff about it and was told that the tow truck driver probably did it and that it was a cheap part so they weren't really worried about it. That's not the point. The point is that it was there when I dropped the truck off and when I picked it up, it wasn't there. I'm the one that helped the tow truck driver load the truck onto the rollback and I was also there when it was offloaded. It was definitely on there before you guys worked on it. Thanks to this experience I'm definitely going to make sure I take my own pictures of every part of my truck before it goes into a shop again.

Customer service was decent. My truck was in there for 4 months and I think I got a phone call twice the whole time. So communication is kind of lacking.

Although they did good work on the one part they replace, they didn’t estimate for what i wanted, and so that work wasn’t done, and the price was quite high.

They did a great job on putting on a matching paint with the new bumper. Had to take it back in because the rear hatch door wouldn’t open, but it took about 15 minutes to fix.

I was told the repair was ready and it was not. I was told I would be compensated for travel fare due to being told it was ready when it was not and then not compensated

It would be helpful to double check repairs before telling customer it is ready. People go through trauma and shock after auto accidents, it is stressful to put them in a car not repaired
