I would be very unlikely to recommend the shop to anyone else. I felt that the initial time frame to get the vehicle in for the repairs was excessive but assumed that it would help expedite the repair process by being able to order the parts ahead of time. In total our vehicle was out of commission and damaged for 3 months. The wait time to get in was about a month and 10 days. The total repair time was almost 2 months. We gave many opportunities for the shop to get to work done while we were away. It was a pretty large inconvenience to manage transportation with a family during this period. We had a rental car for 20 of the days but the allotment from our insurance was run out and left three to four weeks without a vehicle.

I believe that the timelines were inaccurate the information given on the status was bad the time it took for the total repairs was excessive the original estimate was extremely far off the mark and the communication was not good.
