My biggest problem was there was no communications. Communication would have at least given me a chance to talk about problems instead of just doing what I asked not to be done. I was originally quoted a price and by the time I got there to pick it up, it had almost double with no explanation over the phone. It was a shocker. It would have nice to at least get a phone call to talk about some of this. If I knew what I know now I would have not had the work done.

The original representative at the shop never made contact with me on my status, I had to contact him. Eventually he was MIA when a new representative began to take over his duties and began to keep me updated. This was a little frustrating due to having my truck for over a month. In years past they have been a ten (having four other cars worked on here)
