It took 2 weeks instead of the 1 week scheduled, even though I had been in early September couldn't get appointment until Dec. No calls to me about why It too it was taking so long for repair. I had to call them .

Because of poor time management, the emblem was not replaced on the trunk lid (I will have to do this myself), and the detail job was not done as well as in the past. That being said, I am a repeat customer because I like the quality of their work; and, if the need occurs, I will be back. Greg and David are great guys and they care about their workmanship quality and their customer's satisfaction, respectively.

The repair was perfect (like it never happened). Superior made a special effort to accommodate my weird travel schedule. They also ended up coming if below their estimate (who knew). They have been my body shop in the past and will be in the future.

Superior did a great job scheduling my repair during a time frame that worked best for my schedule, turned my car around in a very timely manner and helped install new tires. I was very pleased with the customer service and the auto body repair.
