Only reason I gave a 9 is because I think the fender liner doesn't seem secured. Looks like it's missing a couple of screws (retainer clips).

I'm pleased with the repair of my vehicle; however I made arrangements to bring my vehicle in on the morning of July 5th as mutually agreed upon only to learn upon arrival that the shop was inadvertently closed.... so I dropped my vehicle off the morning of July 7th at which time I was told it would be a 2-3 repair. Nearly two weeks later, I checked on the progress only to learn that NOTHING had been done in regards to repairing it. Houston did get the truck in that day and it was successfully completed four days later. NOT the best of Customer Service.
