I was told that my repairs would take 7-8 days. I did not get my car back for 24 days. I guess they received the wrong doors when they ordered my parts. Well this cost me over $500 in fees from the rental car place. I think my car looks great and the repairs are fine, but the process was horrible and cost me a lot of money. The insurance was paying for the actual rental, but they were charging me $20 for insurance on the vehicle. I realize that is not your problem, however I expected to pay the price of the insurance for 7 days and had to pay it for 24 days.
