Everyone was super welcoming from start to finish. The facility is super clean with a relaxing atmosphere. The receptionist is awesome at her job, such a great multitasker. I enjoyed the “tokens” for treats while you wait. David was super professional and responsive. He kept me updated on the work being done so well the text messages received were just a bonus. He was super knowledgeable about the repairs I also decided to have other items fixed at my own expense. I appreciate everyone at Texas Collision. You’ve made my experience 10x better. Thank you all!

Spectacular service. The front desk was super kind and helpful throughout the process. David provided great service and expertise on the damage done to my vehicle. He also helped me with some regular maintenance suggestions helping me understand the most cost-effective route. I am very happy with the entire repair process for my vehicle. Carrie and Brian are great people and are huge assets to this company. I work in the insurance world and know when I see a bad actor. Everyone was great to deal with. From the time I walked in the door and was greeted promptly and offered a drink. To the walk around to discuss the issues with the wreck. Lastly the final walk around my completed repaired vehicle. Most importantly the car looked new and clean when I was ready to leave. Everyone did a great job!

"The exterior repairs and body finish look very good, and I recognize the quality of that work. That said, for the price charged, I expected a more thorough resolution and clearer communication. The noise near the front left wheel, where the impact occurred, was not resolved. And I received inconsistent information about whether it would be addressed. I also had to return to have the hood alignment corrected. Additionally, the headlights now appear misaligned when driving at night. I’m sharing this feedback in the interest of professionalism and would have appreciated a more complete service
