Overall the repair process was good however the person painting the car was not or conscientious very thorough. They totally missed. Big section in the hatchback door jam. Based on a almost 6,000.00 repair this is unacceptable.

This was an amazing process from start to finish!! I was constantly kept in the loop by Shannon who is a gem! I never had to wonder if my car was being actively worked on, as I constantly received updates! The work on my car also came with a lifetime warranty and for an Audi that is needed!! Impeccable service !!
