Shannon, our service advisor, was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. She got us checked in and kept us informed of progress daily. Our vehicle was completed ahead of schedule and came back to us cleaner than we dropped it off. I had a great experience with the collision center. From the initial assessment for repairs by Manuel to the quick ordering of necessary parts, the service was excellent throughout the process. Shannon was very prompt with daily status updates once the vehicle was dropped off and during the pickup process. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

Henry was absolutely excellent from beginning to end. He was so helpful and knowledgeable, and even included a couple small fixes like polishing the lights that we weren’t necessarily asked of him, but were much appreciated in the end. The bodywork on the car looks wonderful and we are very happy with the results. Highly recommend this place and will definitely be going back for any future fixes!
