They took there time to get the body done correctly. Only issue is the factory camera in the windshield isn’t straight up and down and it makes my OCD a bit crazy.

Interest in doing things correctly as relatively low staff genetically unfriendly or does not listen overall the vehicle looks to be repaired correctly, but I have no faith in its long-term due to blatant errors made originally before sitting around for a second time I mean, genetically not happy

They genetically mediocre Office staff relatively unfriendly and helpful. Had to send car back for clear defects from repairs and additional damage caused by the repair team genetically not a good experience.

Office staff the woman at the front desk genetically unfriendly mostly was pay up and leave while repair team really just seemed to rush the process to get you out the door. I didn’t really care about quality of work or doing things right

Jessica, Hunter, and especially Abel really did an outstanding job for my Acura RDX and for me. They made sure all the process and procedure will Allstate and the repair estimates detailed, ordering parts, and etc. planned out accordingly as expected. Hunter was very nice even find ways to work with Allstate to help waived my $500 deductible. I can't thank you enough to Jessica. She making sure the whole process and procedure when through smoothly. I got updated information throughout the estimate, order parts, repair details, and completed the work a week ahead of schedule. I told her my daughter schedule back to school in two weeks or so. Man, she got the vehicle done within 10 days or less. Hands down, she a trooper. Abel, the manager coordinated the whole process with his team through the process. He even meet me to shake my hand and say thank you very for the opportunity. My Acura RDX looks even better than before I brought it into the shop. They are very professional, knowledgeable, and treated me as a VIP client. Texas Collision Center #14 is state of art for auto Collisions repair shop. It's located off of I-35 North Freeway.

Angel was amazing. Kept me i formed, jumped through some hoops to deliver my vehicle quickly and got exactly on time S he said. Even my insurance rep, doubted they would do what they said. Very impressed. Able was right there as well keeping and eye out behind the scenes. Will absolutely recommend this facility as a whole. Beautifully kept and treated special from the front desk to delivery. .

Was a great experience. Angel was on top of it all. In and out in 1 day, almost unheard of in the industry. Even my insurance company doubted it would be done. Informed all the way from part order to completion. Bonus, they also cleaned my truck. Abel also on yop of every aspect. Great experience and would definitely recommend.
