Were they professional and courteous? Yes. Did they provide good customer service? Yes. Was the work done in a timely manner? Yes. Was the work done correctly? No. Not the first time. I had to take it back which begs the question why wasn’t it done correctly the first time? Then went I went to pick up my car the second time, there was a piece of trim that didn’t get attached properly which again I have to ask why didn’t they check this the first time?

This place is truly amazing from check-in to pick-up! From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted and offered beverages and snacks. I had my toddler with me, and the staff even offered her candy, which was such a thoughtful touch. The facility itself is spotless, modern, and beautifully maintained. Throughout the repair process, I received regular updates and could even track my vehicle’s status, which gave me great peace of mind. My service advisor, Harold, was exceptional—10/10! He got my car back to me much sooner than I expected, and to top it off, the interior was cleaned before I picked it up. Hopefully you never need collision repairs, but if you do, I can’t recommend this place enough. There’s a reason they have 5 stars!
