Texas collision centers is absolutely the best collision center that I’ve ever been to in my whole life. From beginning to end, they had amazing customer service and worked very efficient as I was able to retrieve my car within two days of dropping it off. I work with Julieta and Phil and cannot take them enough for taking care of me and my vehicle hopefully there’s no more accidents in the future but if there are, I will definitely be returning to this collision center. Thank you.

This is kind of a loaded question. Yes I am very happy with the repair of my car. Paint matched, all minor scratches were repaired from this incident and the car looked great. The issue is the sensor for the outside temperature reading was not working. I was told this was fixed. I picked up my car and the outdoor temperature reading 66.. but I figured since it had been inside all day, that would adjust..it did not..temperature at pick up was 84 degrees. So it is back with the repair shop to fix it..I really needed my car back! Hopefully it will be fixed tomorrow…I hope

Both my husband and I were extremely impressed and happy with the level of care, communication, and the auto repairs / work, itself. It is very obvious that the work environment is very cohesive and very much just as welcoming as an extended family. Must give kudos to Julieta, my first contact and continued support as well as Angel. Both very caring and empathetic as I was so ashamed with this being my first accident. Both easy to talk with and Angel was diligent with keeping me posted with updates and timelines. We had a very positive experience and will share with others. Thank you!!
