All my kids are adults. I’ve had to drop them off at collision centers where they didn’t get a rental car from them. Then I’d drop them off for pick up and the body work on their cars was, disappointing. I would have to stop them and demand a better fix. Sad

Julieta and Cesar was extremely pleasant, welcoming, and accommodating. Cesar communicated status throughout the entire process and went the extra mile on my repairs. Julieta always had a smile and was very hospitable. They offered me snacks, drinks, and seating and made me feel comfortable.

Phil was so great! He was very kind and made sure I understood everything. Phil answered all my questions and did not seem to get annoyed when I did not understand. I hope to not go back but if I ever have to I will return to this location and hope to have Phil working with me again.
