I had a great experience with Jessica she went over and beyond to get my car fixed and with dealing with the insurance. She had a great attitude and was very kind. The process was very easy I went in dropped off my car and Jessica made the rest possible. The receptionist was also very nice and helpful. If I need any further assistance I would completely return to Texas Collision Center.

Everything about my experience was excellent. From scheduling the appointment to picking up my car, the entire process was smooth and professional. They were always responsive and answered my questions promptly. They provided the estimate quickly, completed the repairs in a timely manner, and did an outstanding job. My paint doesn’t match and the back is not fixed when Cesar said it was fixed. There’s a piece between the back that wasn’t even there before. It looks worse. The inside of my car was all dirty and white as well.
