My car got hit between the fender and the front bumper, they were able to fix it and make it look better than the other side that didn’t get hit. My favorite part about the whole thing is my alignment has been messed up for a few years and i’ve at least gone 2 times to get it fixed at other places and they weren’t able to so when I got my car back from here it blew my mind that alignment can make me look at a car differently. But you can definitely trust these guys

Anna was fantastic and a pleasure to deal with, Meagan the indiviudal at the front desk was not helpful, very derogatory and not someone we would care to deal with again. We have had numerous repairs done at this location and normally it is a great experience, unfortunately that is not the case when dealing with Meagan.

This shop failed to provide me with timely status updates of the repair of my vehicle. Any update I received was because I called in requesting one. Additionally, when I was told the car was ready for pick up. It was not. It was obvious a full inspection of the repair was not performed as I had to wait 15 minutes for my window to be fixed.

To be honest the original estimate was $4600. The finial repair was total of $2900. Considering $1000 deductible I might not have filled a claim if I had that as first estimate and paid the bill myself. I understand can’t give complete estimate until work starts but not that much different.
