I had a fantastic experience with The Body Shop. This is the first time I've had to repair a car after an accident, and I'll call myself lucky. The team made this a smooth and pleasant process. I got a text message throughout the repair (awesome!) and the manager personally walked me through the vehicle when I picked it up. Really nice touch. And above all, guaranteeing the repairs and the paint tells me how much they stand by their work!
