The work performed was exceptional from a technical perspective as well as from the administrative. I was greeted and treated professionally from both the McKinney and Prosper locations. Everyone I had contact with, was very professional and knowledgeable. I was concerned, because my pickup was a vintage 1999 F-350 and I feared that there would be a problem locating parts and/or technicians would lack the experience necessary to repair a 1999 truck. My concerns were unfounded, because the part was ordered and delivered to TBS within three days. The part was painted and installed on my truck one day later. The repairs were expertly done by skilled and experienced technicians. EXCELLENT JOB.
