The team did a great job keeping me updated on the progress of my car, and I truly appreciate the communication throughout the repair process. My only concern was regarding the expected completion date. I completely understand that unexpected things can happen during repairs and that the shop wants to take the necessary time to ensure the work is done properly and avoid any issues. However, I believe it would be better to provide customers with a more conservative estimated completion date rather than an earlier date that may have to be extended. This would help customers plan accordingly and avoid disappointment or inconvenience when additional days are needed. In my situation, I was expecting to leave for an event and had to change my plans so I could pick up my car and avoid being charged additional days for the rental. I was also not informed that the rental agreement had been extended through Monday, as I was under the impression that I needed to return the rental on Saturday. Overall, I appreciate the team’s work and the updates they provided. I just believe clearer communication regarding estimated completion dates and rental extensions would make the customer experience even better.
