The work they did on my car was just perfect. Don helped us and he was so nice and courteous. He called me with updates every other day on the progress of the work, which I totally appreciated. Work was complete on the day that it was promised. All in all an excellent experience with Tom & Jerry’s.

Ian is great. We had to delay bringing the Van in. He kept in touch with us. He was able to get us in when we were ready. He was kept us in the loop with everything while the van was in the shop.
