Staff was extremely nice and very helpful. Any concerns I had regarding the insurance company that was paying for the damages to my car were handled between the two of them. I was kept in the loop the entire time they had my car with updates regularly and phone calls with detailed information. Tom and Edâs works with the customers concerns and needs FIRST. I have never dealt with a company who is as friendly and helpful as they are!!

I cannot say enough good things about the staff at the Cedar Lake branch, everyone was amazing and went out of there way to take care of me. I have already recommended Tom & Eds to several people, the work was impeccable and although the circumstances behind why my vehicle was there was not pleasant, the staff made sure my experience was. Hands down, this is a fantastic place.
