They were very courteous, but they never called me back to make an appointment for Repair. I had to call them. If I had not called them, I would not have gotten the Repair.

Everyone I contacted was professional and attended to my questions. I received updates by personal phone call on the progress of my car and my repairs were completed ahead of the expected date. Tommy went over and above to be sure everything was completed and I was satisfied. Very pleased with the attention to detail and would highly recommend Crown Point Tom & Ed’s!

I did notice that the bumper wasn’t tight against the fender when I was at your shop earlier in the morning. Also, the front license plate bracket wasn’t replaced as there was one on the car when it arrived at the shop. I was happy we stopped by before I was notified that the car was done so these issue could be addressed. Overall, I was satisfied with the results.
