The staff overall was great. Front desk person cant rember her name but dealt with her on the phone and when I picked up my car, has a snarky personality, approach that could be viewed as off putting. The work looks great. Staff communicated along the process so I knew what to expect There was a delay due to additional damange found but everything was communicated to me.

I was very happy to learn my estimate was free. Brining the car back up the shop to get the work down was a pleasant visit. Seeing that it is a family own business made me feel confident that the people who work here wouldn’t take advantage of my money. They did the work that was expected and checked in with me a few times during the time they worked on my car. They got the job done!!!
