My experience with Trophy Nissan was very negative. I took my black 2023 Nissan truck in for a repair to the front bumper. However, when I picked it up, I found that the truck had scratches in several areas that were not there before I left it at the shop. In addition, the paint was left with numerous swirls or circular marks visible across virtually the entire surface of the vehicle, something especially noticeable on black paint. I believe this reflects a lack of care and professionalism during the repair process and the preparation for delivery. As a customer, I expected to receive my vehicle in the same or better cosmetic condition than when I brought it in. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet those expectations and left me very dissatisfied with the quality of the work performed and the attention to detail.
