Issues noted during and after pickup of vehicle: 1. Outline of repair area on rear bumper appears to be visible (e.g. edge of filler or sanding marks) under clear. 2. Turn/reverse light modules and bezels appear to be misaligned and/or incorrectly reinstalled. 3. New defects/damage to paint noted and pointed out at time of pickup inspection. Polishing(?) compound appeared to be still present on rear bumper and was thought to be scuffing, but was removed by car wash/detailing employee. New swirl marks, scratches and chips appeared to be present on portions of the bumper not in the repair area (face of rear bumper black trim), but I was told they are due to wear and tear on a car that is not new and also due to stone chips. Other issues may be present, but remain hidden until the rear bumper can be removed for further inspection.

They had poor communication in getting the process started. It took 4 months just to get the process started. I opened the claim in June and they didn't schedule me till Oct. They would not return my calls or messages. I had to keep checking back in with them. But once they delivered excellent service once my car was in the shop. I just wished we got off on a better foot and they had better communication with their clients from the get go.

Communication was poor, and I was led to believe that my car would be completed by 10/13. The text messages sent out should have a disclaimer saying that the date they mention is not guaranteed, and that immediate pick up is not required. Not guaranteeing a completion date and also making the customer think that immediate pick up upon service completion is very poor customer service. These should be stated clearly at the time of drop off, as well as in the numerous texts and emails that go out to the customer.
