I really appreciated that I always got reminders for the upcoming appointments (estimate and repairs) and throughout the entire process the customer service was very awesome. Very responsive and polite with any questions I had and I appreciated the updates while my Ranger was being repaired. My truck looks great. Thank you for everything!

The car looks great. When I picked up my car, I noticed another small scratch that was not included in the scope of work. The young lady who was helping me, went to get a small bottle of touch-up paint to take with me. She had no responsibility or obligation to take that step above and beyond the scope of work. That was really great service.

Very professional and efficient. Every employee I interacted with, from start to finish, was friendly, professional, and efficient. My only feedback is that there were too many texts. There seemed to be texts from 2 or 3 different numbers. There were times I was asked to confirm things that had already been confirmed. In general, more communication is better, but in this case it just seemed like too many texts from multiple numbers.
