Unlikely due to delays, not clean vehicle, and more importantly, low quality paint and not completing the repairs (missed rear lower panel completely). Waiting for a good resolution.

Repairs took longer than estimated, paint quality does not match the rest of the vehicle (orange peel and less metallic flake visible), and they missed/neglected to fix one of the panels that was part of the damages. Emailed a few hours ago to request paint correction and for the missing repairs to be completed but have not heard anything back yet.

Initial estimate was very convenient in town, staff was kind and helpful and I was kept informed every step of the way. A rental car was reserved for me by the shop and pickup was super easy. The paintjob is perfect and was finished professionally, thank you very much for being so considerate and skillful!

I will never recommend this to anyone ever again and I will be letting the people that I did refer about this last servicing with you guys. Which is really sad because I did really like the way you guys worked on my car before but after this I will not be referring you guys to no one.

I'm very disappointed with my repair it was confirmed with my insurance that the part to repair my camera was ordered, due to being damaged from the accident. My camera was in perfectly working condition right before this accident due to me having it repaired and I showed receipt to both adjuster and mike at time of estimate. And in my trunk by my spare it looked like someone just threw putty on and said its good. I have pictures to prove it. I used to refer you guys to everyone talking about the exceptional service and this is how I receive my car back. I am totally disappointed. I also don't appreciate being accused of lying. I have been very patient throughout this entire process from dealing with insurance company , car rental, and with you guys. In which almost resulted in legal action against me due to the insurance company (State farm) trying to get a hold of you guys. I am in total disbelief at the service and the way my car has been handled while in your guys care for almost 4 months. While I had to wait almost 3 months for an appointment to even get it in the shop with no communication, I had to constantly call you guys to ask for updates and after awhile u guys stopped answering or returning my call when I was trying to schedule an appointment to repair. This is horrible.

The lady that took over for mike is really sweet and tried to help me out with some issues regarding the rental and insurance (State farm) but overall I'm very disappointed with the work you guys did on my car. And if you guys would like to see pictures I have them. For the amount of time you guys had my car I would expect my car to be returned in better condition. There was grease marks all around my car by the driver side blue lines on my supposedly brand back bumper inner lining not flush. Unreal! And if you guys detailed my car like I was told then I feel like it should have been in better condition.
