Everything was perfect. My only complaint is that it did take 3 months to have my repair scheduled, but I understand that your repairs for Tesla are on a backlog. Thank you again for the great repair!

Thr repair was delayed twice. Thr second time I was notified the day I was supposed to pick up my car that it was delayed. This inconvenienced me and my family as they scheduled time Off from work to carve out time to pick up my car. You should give at least 48 hours notice . At that point , I held you responsible for the inconvenience and asked the agent for a car rental and asked if you could pay for it. I identified the weekend , Friday to Sunday, when I would need the car, only Two days. I asked for a confirmation number saying that i would check with family and cancel per the confirmation number if things changed. On Friday still no number received. I made my own alternate arrangements thinking you guys are not going to help me. Agent called and said enterprise has the reservation but there is no number just my name . How was I supposed to know that a reservation was made ? No one called, texted or emailed the info. I am dissatisfied with the service. Also, whenever I called and left a message for someone to call me back it took at least two days. Maybe you can manage this by letting us know it takes 48-72 hours to receive help. This was evident because early on I left messages that your team apparently did not receive. This is unacceptable to inconvenience me and my family.

Subject: Extremely Disappointing Experience with Unibody I’ve had a highly frustrating experience with your team, and the repeated text requests to review emails I’ve already responded to only add to my dissatisfaction. It’s clear that your system needs significant improvement. Every step of the process has been exasperating. The 808-836-0500 phone and text system is ineffective—calls and messages are not returned promptly. Early on, I left messages asking to reschedule my appointment, only to hear back from your team days later. If responses truly take up to 72 hours, please update your messaging to manage customer expectations better. On September 2, I requested to reschedule my drop-off to October 15. I followed up with texts on September 3 and 5, but it wasn’t until later that your team confirmed an October 17 drop-off date. When I needed to reschedule again to October 24 (due to COVID), the process was just as cumbersome. On November 4, I was told via text that my car’s estimated completion date was November 6. I arranged for my family to take time off work to assist with the pickup, as I was recovering from surgery. However, on the day of pickup, November 6, I received a text stating the car wouldn’t be ready until November 13—without any explanation. This caused significant inconvenience. I requested a loaner or rental car, asking Unibody to cover the costs, and was assured that arrangements would be made. I asked for a confirmation number but never received one. By November 8, I still hadn’t heard back. I texted again (since calls are futile) to express my disappointment and had to make alternative arrangements myself. When your agent finally called, I was told a car was being held at a special rate under my name—but again, no confirmation number was provided. Why wasn’t this communicated earlier? When I asked for the supervisor’s contact information, I received no response. Adding to this poor experience, every time your female agent called, she simply introduced herself as “This is Unibody,” without providing her name. This lack of professionalism reflects poorly on your employee training and overall customer service standards. This is my third attempt to submit feedback. If your system provided proper confirmation of submitted reviews, I could reference previous attempts. Your mishandling of this situation has caused unnecessary stress, inconvenienced my family, and damaged Unibody’s reputation in my eyes. I will be sharing my concerns with Liberty Mutual to ensure they are aware of the poor service I received.

I already provided comments and you guys are sending me another survey. Car repair is fine. Service agent communication was poor. When leaving messages via phone it took a couple of days or more to receive a response . Two delays in repair work caused angst especially with receiving a text message the day I was scheduled To pick up my car hearing from you that there was another delay. This inconvenienced several people on my end . And trying to get a car rental was a mess. No confirmation from you guys, text, email, nothing. So I had to make alternate arrangements. Poor service. You guys should have a message on your voice mail that it takes 72 hours of whatever timeframe To receive a response. And follow up in writing with details. And do not tell customers the day the car is supposed to be ready that it is not. Also, I asked for a supervisor’s contact info and never received it. I could write more but am not sure if you guys will do anything differently .
