Unique Auto Body has been family owned and operated for over 40 years. We now have 8 locations serving the Salt Lake and Utah County communities. We specialize in collision repair and have many OEM certifications including Audi, Tesla, Mercedes, Rivian, GM, Nissan, Mazda, Ford, Hyundai/Genesis and much more. Our massive state of the art facilities allows us to produce and meet expectations of today's current market. Car was driven while in the shop , front windshield guard was popped off I had to pop it back in, , back suv inside storage unit door was placed in wrong. Area that was repaired has a thumb print. Not happy having my car driven without permission, also all my tires air pressure was reduce to 31 psi and my car requires to have them at a 45 psi. This set off my tire pressure sensor while I was in the middle of driving to Salt Lake City. Not ok!!!

Overall my impression was good. The shop called me as soon as progressive assigned the task to them. When I wanted an earlier delivery of the vehicle, the shp obliged.
