Amazing customer service. Easiest shop I have ever worked with. Daily updates regarding the repairs. Beyond great customer service such as driving us to the rental car location themselves due to the rental car driver being further out than expected and unable to pick us up as scheduled. Overall made the experience easy and stress free.

When we brought the vehicle in we were asked if there were any additional things we would like to have done. We did fill out your form asking for a quote on painting the left side of vehicle where the paint had deteriorated. Your employee said sure they would do that. We never heard another thing about that. We did return one of your emails asking again. We never did hear anything. This had nothing to do with the accident but it was disappointing that we never heard anything after your employee telling us sure we can do that. It would have been much nicer if someone had told us that you didn’t do that or acknowledge the request in some way. It was written in the form you had us fill out.
