The “BLAZER” badging on the passenger front door was installed crooked. The clear paint protector on the right side of the vehicle was not replaced.

The actual repair on my RAV4 was beautifully done. However, there was a communication gap in transmitting my cars estimate to Allstate, (or Allstate dragging their feet to communicate?) costing me a car rental longer than expected, but Unique was professional all the way around.

I asked several questions about the bottom line totals and I was told - even from them that my total costs would be = my $500 (Deductable costs but when I finally received the bill - the amount was more than a 1000k more. So of course I was stunned at the difference. My questions should have been answered with more details.

I would recommend the shop of the quality of work. I wouldn't recommend because of the constant emails and text to take a survey.
