They were very helpful. Perhaps I misunderstood, but I thought they said they would give me updates about how things were progressing throughout the process. That did not happen. I only received a notice when the work was done. Not a big deal, but it still left me wondering what was going on.

Very! It was supposed to have some interior work done on it where there was damage to the leather apholstry. I had just picked up 4 large smoothies and when I got hit they all went flying. It has soaked & dried on the leather upholstery & carpet and has stayed there for the last couple months in the heat etc.. When I picked it up the interior has not been done. They said they will clear it with the insurance company and then send a mobile interior to our house to take care of it! Yes they are the best!

They were amazing! They helped tow it when The insurance company truck did not show up. I prefer text as a Way to contact me. They texted me through the entire process and kept me updated every few days. They answered any questions I had and even helped me adjust another area (a door that would not shut right) that was not even caused by the vehicle accident. They are definitely #1 & I will never use anyone else i ever have to go through this again or even just for my own vehicle needs I. E. Dents & scratches and such. Thank you unique autobody!
