It was not part of the insurance repair, but you guys were going to look at the front bumper and offer a solution. I would have paid to have it fixed. It appears you didn’t even look at it. Had you talked to me about it you would have knocked this service out of the park.

The car looked great! However, they did not fix the problem. The car drove so dangerously, we had to have it towed back to them! There was no alignment preformed and we doubt anyone test drove it! Very dissatisfied!

I was impressed how clean my truck was when I picked it up. They did a very good job of cleaning the inside as well as the outside. I was impressed especially since I didn’t expect then to clean the inside.

I guess while my car was waiting to be worked on some windows were left down, there was a very fierce rain storm, the inside of my car got wet, really wet and even after and extra day to let it dry the carpet and other areas inside my car were very wet!!! I did not notice until the next day!!! That was a Wed and the rain storm was Sat!!!! That’s a long time for carpet to be wet! I let my car dry in the sun with all the doors and windows down for the afternoon, just hoping there is no mold.
