Ben Arce assisted me with the initial quote. Internal damage in bumper was not found or included in estimate. Almost a 1500.00 difference in estimate and actual work done. Was told the entire bumper would be repaired and painted, but was not. Only the middle section was painted. I interacted with Ben in person three different times and he never remembered my name or what car I had. Have worked in customer service most of my life, so this is something I really notice! When I picked up my car after the work was complete, Devin saved the day. Very helpful and explained everything that was done to my car and why. He also offered to get me a loner car from Unique, so they could paint the entire bumper, which appreciated. This would have been an additional charge on my dime, so declined.
