Unique Autobody did an awesome job on the repairs for our car. The time it took and the communication was lacking. We were frustrated not to hear one thing about our car for almost a week. They hadn't even looked at it yet. We would've appreciated a call or text giving us some idea of when they would actually look at and work on it. Once they started the repairs the communication improved greatly. Just not impressed with the process and time leading up to it.

The job we asked them to do turned out well, but there was an electrical problem when we got the car back that wasn't there before the repair. They were great in taking care of it without charging us, but once we got it back again, I had to buy a new battery because it just didn't work anymore. That wasn't an issue before the repair, but a coincidence when we got it back.
