Jay was fantastic both with the estimate process and during repair. Gave an 8 because I was going out of town during the time of my repair. I asked both Jay and the lady at the front desk if I could drop it off before close the day I left. They assured me that was not a problem. When my husband dropped off the vehicle he said the lady at the front desk acted like she did not know what he was doing and he had to ask her to find someone who he could check in with.
