I very much appreciate the patience and professionalism extended to me as I got horribly sick while my car was there and it took forever to pick it up. However, the quality of the work is subpar. I have addressed this issue with Jay and sent him several pictures and video of the area of concern. We are meeting on Monday to see if we can achieve an amicable resolution.

Uria was awesome, they are a preferred vendor if you have State Farm, they got me in the next day and finished the dent repair a day early. Unexpectedly they detailed inside and out, I totally appreciate the cate and detail they provided. Highly recommend these guys!

Thank you for your wonderful work and on the timeframe on getting it done, However the Tailgate does not shut correctly nor am I able to lock the tailgate. I need for that to be seen and fixed please. I do not know when I will be able to take the time off from my work place in order for you all to fix this issue. Do I need to schedule an appointment?

Team was very helpful. Uria has a phone update system that had me guessing though. It said that my truck would be done later than expected. It looked like I was going to get my vehicle in 11 days. I then got a phone call saying it was done. Not sure what's up with that.
