I already sent these comments directly to my Uria Auto Body rep almost a week ago, and never heard back. That's the level of care they seem to have about their shoddy repair job. The issues with my repair: 1) The bumper itself is fine, but the installation was sub-par, at best. (I sendt a video to my Uria rep showing this issue). The main grill was attached to the new bumper using spots of double-sided tape. Not one, long continuous line of tape, but spots. In the video, it shows there are several 3-4" gaps with no tape interlaced with several long strips of tape. The worst, though, is where it shows they accidently left the red peel-off strip on one of the long sections of tape. This red is readily visible when looking at the front of the vehicle. 2) I mentioned at drop-off that I'd had the dealership do an alignment already. I had planned to submit that invoice to Farmers for reimbursement, but Uria did one anyway that was submitted and paid by Farmers. Okay, whatever, except that the Uria alignment is awful. My vehicle ran perfectly straight at drop off, now it pulls hard right. I will now have to pay for another alignment by the dealer. 3) Lastly, I had asked for a quote to repair my rear bumper (unrelated to the Farmers claim). They already had my vehicle, and had my paint color loaded in their gun. The plastic was all fine on my bumper, so only the core metal piece needed replacement. I would've expected something a little more reasonable than a $2,200 quote on that. In short, I'm less than satisfied with the work that was done, and extremely dissatisfied with the lack of care about the shoddy work. Especially considering I included a detailed video showing the poor work.
