Super duper friendly and nice staff, couldn’t say enough great things about caring and helpful they are. They really do want to help you and make your life easy. Matt is really skilled and got my paint matched perfectly. They even detailed the inside and outside of my truck!!! I will definitely be returning to the West Jordan location if need be. Only things that didn’t go as planned weren’t even Valley collisions fault. The shop that aligned my truck didn’t straighten the wheel, which Matt said he would fix immediately, and I’m waiting on chrome flashing for my quarter panel which Matt went through the hassle of getting custom made, which isn’t their fault either. 5 stars for going the extra mile!

What I appreciate the most from experience was the communication with the process from start to finish. I would like to have been updated on the initial inspection and its findings.
